On my skyrim profile it lags when I select "items" fast travel or try to search corpses?

On my brothers' profiles it never lags. My profile is the oldest and farthest. The disc is almost completely clean. So how do I stop my profile from lagging for about a minute each time I try to do something?

Its probably auto saving, cause it laggs for when i open my inventory sometimes and when i open the map, and in the lower left corner it says auto saving
