Hi I wonder if anyone could help me please, my parents still got an old Sky Satellite dish up that must be around 20 years old now or more which hasn't been used for about 15 years. Would the dish still work if an Freesat Box is plug in, I don't want to waste money buy getting an Freesat box for them and it won't work or would I need an new dish as it's that old. Thanks for your time, would appreciate any reply.

It should be possible for you to get digital on your analog dish what you need to look for is a "digital splitter" this is a two way splitter which means there is one line in, and two lines out. There are also 8 way digital splitters. The prices vary greatly depending on how and where you buy them.
you can get digital splitters online from amazon.com or E-bay etc. Finding the information to help you install one shouldn't be difficult, try searching YouTube first for instructional videos or Google step-by-step instructions.
