... equipment must be requested by a member and it will be approved by the officer running that practice so we don’t promise equipment to people when we don’t have enough. Currently we just text that officer and they sort of keep a note. Can anyone think of an easy way to streamline this into some sort of form that resets daily, and can be used twice a day (morning and evening practices), and accessed by each of the officers? I was thinking Google based stuff but you don’t want members removing others names to get their’s on the list or something similar. Google forms wouldn’t be bad but would have to resend the link twice a day and it wouldn’t show if that member was approved for the equipment
