... tight, I can t breathe and I get shaky. It s been happening for about 4 years and my mom kept telling me it was God telling me to go to church so I finally stopped telling her about it and endured it alone. Well it still keeps happening about a twice a week give or take some and I finally told her about it hoping she d take me to the doctor to get it checked out and she still told me it was God trying to scare my into going to church. Is there any way I can get it checked out and get medication without her knowin

if you asked the lord to come into your life i think he would be trying to tell you something you might have anxiety but you also might be having panic attacks both don't work together very well if you go to the mental health community tell them whats going on with you they might help you sort it out let them know what is going god comes and answers prayer and he might be trying to tell you something if you ask him to be part of your life he would be right beside you because you are a child of god and he doesn't hold anything agianst you he just wants to be in our lifes the lord does listen he isn't fast but hes there but if you go get help just ask them how they work
You can call and talk to your family doctor and see if she would be able to see you without the knowledge of your parents. However, the psychological exam (which is the only way to get an official diagnosis) is not possible without a parent or guardian.
Try to find a middle path. Sometimes, I know it's hard, you have to do things you don't want to do to get better. I would suggest doing what she is telling you to do: go to church for a 2-4 weeks. If you feel like nothing is changing, try talking to her about it again. Sometimes parents need a little bit of reassuring.
Best of luck!
Please do not force religion on people, it is very rude.
