Pre cum rarely contains sperm though, and he didn't even do that inside me. I probably should have mentioned we did oral before he actually entered me.

If you, as you say, are taking a birth control pill, as prescribed, then it's unlikely that you will become pregnant. Women on the pill have been known to become pregnant but it is a very rare occurrence.
