Okay so when I sleep with my phone next to me on the weekends when I don't have school I fall asleep faster and sleep longer.
But during the weekdays when I need sleep for class I put my phone across the room to purposely fall asleep faster. But sometimes I don't fall asleep for basically an hour.
Yet with my phone next to me I fall asleep with 10-30 minutes.
Can someone explain this to me?
Okay here's something odd, I sleep better with my phone next to me but not across the room Thoughts?

Because of how much our phones fo for us, (let us stay in touch with people, access infinite knowlege on the internet, entertain us with games and movies etc) we become dependant on our phones. We feel connected to them. We all have bonds with oour phones, im sure you know 'that face' you make when you reach in ur pocket and ur phones not there. Thats why we fall asleep better when its near us. Because its so important to us.
That's clearly a psychological perspective answer but what about medical or scientific?
