So my friend has been "dating" this guy literally for 6 days. She's already calling it a relationship and him her boyfriend. Do you really consider that a relationship?

It depends.
If they've only recently met, like 1 day - 1 month, then no, I'd not call it a relationship on that level.
But, if it's like my case, where they've know eachother for some months, then I'd say that could be a relationship on that level. Although I wouldn't be so fast to tell everybody that "Oh I'm with so-and-so and he's my boyfriend" 6 days in :/
