... where I am since may 2014. I had 2 weeks off from being into hospital in January. I handed work all my certificates medical ect.
They know i have a disease now. August 4th till august. 14 I was in hospital again coarse i was loosing to much blood. And I come back into work for the first week after. And I was feeling really dizzy sick vomiting and really felt like passing out...
i asked my boss to go home early from work.
And he said it was okay.
Bout 5min later he comes back up to me. Said that the bigger boss. Said if I went home early I would get fired on the spot.
They forced me to work the rest of the day...
I was wondering are they allowed to do that?
I mean I almost passed out twice during work. And all they said to me was if i went home I would not come back?
Is this allowed?
