some supervisors have a big ego thing going on cause of the position their in they let this go to their heads and shift their weight accordingly all aren't fair some are some will work right besides you some think they are better then anybody else which doesn't help in the long run it damages relationship supervisor and leads they go hand in hand now my supervisor has a chip on his shoulder and has a personality that goes with it which hes always getting into it with someone personally i think they need to take a step back and revaluate who they are and what they represent.
