I live in Cyprus a small island in the maditerranean sea and i have 3 friends at Ajebaijan. I am trying to message them via facebook messenger. My messages are delivered but for some reason the dont see them. Any sugestions?

I hqve even messaged one of them while he was online but that didnt fix the problem.By the way i have had a succesful communication with both of them the same way about a year ago.
