I'd like to know a ritual I could do or just a specific prayer, I'm a believer in diversity and Norse worship is one of the last few I haven't tried yet

The Norse goddess of healing is Eir (pronounced abit like Ay-r).
You should go to a place that is holy for you, preferably on the top of a hill, and make an offer there. Proclaiming the offer in the name of Eir. I would suggest the offer could be in the form of taking your mobile-phone with you and during your prayer donate money to a hospital or something of that sort.
The best time of the year to please Eir is during the summer. Do this once every summer and you will please the goddess for a whole year.
If you mention her "sisters" Hlíf, Þjóðvara, Hlífþursa, Aurboða, Björt, Bleik, Blíð and Fríð (pronounced Hleef, Tjothvara, Hleefthursa, Oyrbotha, Bjort, Blake, Bleeth, Freeth) (their names mean Shield, Nation-guard, Shield-giant, Gravel-digger, Bright, Pink, Gentle and Pretty) they will help as well, making your life more healthy and free of sickness.
You should put the pray in your own wording but here is an example that you can let inspire you:
"I call on you Eir,
I call on your sisters,
Hlíf, Þjóðvara, Hlífþursa, Aurboða,
Björt, Bleik, Blíð and Fríð.
I call on your mercy and your love.
I call on all the help of your kin.
I pray that you may watch over my family.
I pray that you may keep away sickness and pestilence.
I offer in your name this sacrifice of value."
