I had an 84 year old boss who is a farmer. He sold me a car. He fired me and told me he was going to take the car back. I told him you can't take the car. You sold me the car. I've put too much money into that car. I make $200 monthly payments . I've bought new tires. I pay the insurance, l've paid for sevetal oil changes. You sold it to me. I will continue to pay payments even though I no longer have a job here. He said I can take it and I will take it legally. We never signed paperwork. Only my paycheck stubs with a amount deducted for my car payments. What are my options and how do I go about fixing this?

If your aver ahead for the car, hem, Luke not be able to take it back unless he buys it for you. If he takes it from you and you have payed for it that is considered stealing. If it gets really serious talk to a lawyer or someone who practices law that knows all the rules
He has no legal right to take the car, employment and purchase are two completely different things. Get a lawyer involved if he won't back off about it OR ignore the idiot and wait for him to get a lawyer involved then sue him and get to keep the car AND get a settlement fee for "emotional damage"...
