No Orgasm - please Help?

I dont think I can orgasm right, I have no signs, increase in breahing, heart rate, moaning,? twitching etc nothing i get a few seconds of being sensative and my body tenses a little but other then that nothing, i could be sitting on a bus doing it and my face would remain straight, i have tried to find answers, ive tried god knows how many ways of trying to reach orgasm, solo, with partner, toys etc and nothing works

I feel like a freak 

Does anyone have any advice ?

You have tried all the physical methods of reaching orgasm but have you considered that it may be a psychological issue? It might be worth speaking to a sex therapist.

When your masturbating dont worry about trying to reach a orgasm.
Thats one of the bad things, If you think about it you wont reach it.

When your masturbating just relax your body and fantasize about something, 
it works for me. Just let all your worries fly.
