When I was little I heard foot steps in the hallway then saw a strange unfamiliar ghost-like lady holding a purse staring at me, at the time my dad was single and no one else but my dad lived there. Ever since that experience I started seeing strange things like black/misty-like figures with no actual shape, a black/misty like wolf with red eyes going at me aggressively when my dad left my side for a few minutes to do something, a sad ghost-like wolf that appeared next to me while I was swinging, a strange blue light coming out from inside of me flickering like a flame while I was crying that seemed to have "absorbed" my emotions and cause me to stare blankly and forget to breath then it disappeared, blood red eyes staring at me through a window, unexplained scratch and bite on my legs, a misty looking person hovering over my bed smirking at me then slowly disappearing, strange white mist that goes right into my face, and shadow/people-like figures appearing now and again even this one long armed one that makes me cry whenever I think about it and they all appeared at different times!... I've been constantly having nightmares. I had strange experiences like a few times I felt like I was attacked and I couldn't get it off of me, I've been hearing voices before I go to bed sometimes as if they are whispering into my ear, a while ago I heard a static sound in my head then a loud voice in my head, I once fell off my bed and I was caught by some strange misty-like figure, and very few times things HAVE disappeared and I knew where I put it and no one claimed of misplacing it... If it helps, I've been diagnosed with major depression, severe anxiety, ADHD and I'm a hypochondriac and extremely paranoid.
No one believes me... is this real or am I actually going insane?

The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another pill. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
There are 13 to 17 B vitamins depending on who does the counting. They are all associated with energy management, and symptoms of deficiencies are mostly psychological.
What do vitamins have to do with it? sorry i'm just wondering
