In england, can school sixth forms legally take any age if they state they take students up to nineteen? Because nineteen year olds are classified as adults and before I saw sixth forms that allow up to nineteen, I thought that sixth forms were only allowed to take up to eighteen because they only have that licence.
I'm only requesting legal information, not probability of them accepting.
Thanks a lot for your answer. Is there anything I can quote, as I would like to use this information?
