The people pretend as though they are dull-witted in order to mug you. I've had this happen to me three times already when I go shopping and it is making me extremely uncomfortable when they grab my shoulder. I don't carry around pepper spray and even if I did, would it even have been appropriate for me to pull out a pepper spray? Or what else could I do if I felt threatened but wasn't necessarily being attacked?
