Need photoshop cs6 to feel like cs3, I have a graphic design job and do not have time to wait?

As far as I know, it's not possible. I would have answered that there are ways you could cut down the time it takes you to adapt but this still involves time and you specified that you need an answer which can be applied instantly. So, with that in mind, there is no answer.
