I live in the Middle East and I am about to make it to my second year of high school and at the beginning of the second year I have choose between a path witch might let me become a doctor or something in that area and a second path witch would let me go after my dream in computer science and engineering and I dont know what to do because becoming a doctor would be worth it but hard to get but I also love tech and science and have a passion for it so I need some help choosing

So unless you wish to become a witch doctor (I don't judge), it's which.
2) Since you've provided precisely zero personal parameters with *which* to make an informed decision, I'd say pick one and see how badly you regret it, rather than deliberate indefinitely. One does not normally pick their final career path anywhere along the course of high school.
Your first concern should not be what YOU want, it should be what skill you can support yourself with. That depends very much on where you live.
If you live in a place that caters to American tourists you can do very well playing bass violin. Bands are always looking for a bass. Bass guitar is almost as good, but more difficult.
A very good job that requires little experience is driving a limousine. You can move from summer locations to winter locations to have steady income, but you often have to sleep in odd places.
If you are able to get college training, I suggest you study business management and finance.
You may be able to combine these fields to be prepared for opportunities.
