it won't happen over night but it can happen you might try eating healthy taking fiber eating fruits and vegeables walking 30 minutes a day or more taking fiber it acts like a sponge makes you feel fuller long change to diet pop or crystal light wylers light cut your calorie intake and watch your carbs intake leave sweets and sugar alone you can do better with this regime
Oh please. Why do you want a thigh gap? Having a thigh gap is NOT going to make your life better or you happier IN ANY WAY. IT's just a weird ideal set by the media. You're too young too be this worried about your body. I know you're beautiful. Every healthy body is beautiful, so to be pretty and happy the only thing you should do is eat relatively healthy and exercise from time to time and you'll be fine.
Hey there!
So I'm just going to get straight to the point! Some people naturally have smaller legs. It's in their genes//how they're born. So, don't be too cruel on yourself if you don't have a thigh gap, instead, be avid on looking to get rid of fat and have muscle.
But how, you asked, would you get rid of that fat? Easy question, easy answer! Exercise! -And a good diet.
Running is an excellent stamina building, calorie burning, fat killing exercise.
Running around a mile burns roughly around 100 calories, which is an equivalent to a bag of potato chips. This of course takes around 5-7 minutes depending on your speed. If you start out going slower, let's just say, 5 mph, than it's going to take you around 10 minutes. If you push yourself and go 7 mph, you're probably going to get there in around 5 minutes. But again, these are rough, and are just based off of my treadmill in my family room. It depends on your weight, and even somewhat on height.
Another great thing, manly for your belly is spot reduction! It's not as honest as its name suggests, but helps out in the long run.
Such exercises would be:
-Sit ups,
-Push ups, (make sure to cross one ankle onto the other so you ensure your back isn't taking the brunt of the movements)
-Leg lifts,
-Supermans, (one of my personal favorites)
-Planks,
-Crunches,
-Pull Ups, (wouldn't expect a novice to pull many of these off, before I started to work out regularly I could only do one or two. Three if somebody dangled a Dr. Pepper above my head!)
-Mountain Climbers,
& finally, another fun one, -Russian Twists!
Combine these into a !!"Daily"!! routine, no break day exceptions, and I'm quite sure you'll notice less fat on your stomach, and more flatness!
Now for the legs, that's going to be more difficult.
I'm just going to tell you a few exercises that'd be good for burning fat + building muscle.
-Jumping Jacks
-Frog Jumps
-Lunges
-Squats
-Wall sits
-Thigh Lifts
Now, to be 150% frank with you, I am an avid hiker//runner, and I enjoy a nice long tough hike up a mountain. Bicycling as well, is another thing I can do a lot of.
However, leg exercises are still oober difficult. They really take a lot of will if you want fast results. So if you seriously want leaner legs, you need to be serious about exercising.
Also don't be expecting immediate results.
It'll take at least a week of eating well and exercise for you two notice anything change. But in the long run, it's much better to be healthy and fit, than fat, (not saying you are at all!) or too skinny!
