I am 13 years old, and 145 pounds.I have my own exercise plan, but I eat too much.please, I need help.if any additional info is needed I'll gladly give it out.

they say you should cut carbs watch your sugar intake your calorie intake is another they say exercise 2 one half hours a day walking is good mabe doing this eating healthy try taking fiber it acts like a sponge and it makes your appetite surpressed it will help you lose weight how are you adapting to your excersise routine
