I tried turning the pc on and off via its power button ,i tried pluging and unplaging them at different ports ,still nothing ,when the pc opens at the begining the pc shows the sata chanel connections ,there both the mouse and the keyboard so that the respond cause by activating the lights go on and off depending on what you did ,so they behave normaly ,but after that when the desktop shows up, they are completely dead ,the cannot respond ,I need help asap
