I have a lot to ask okay i have a 3 month year old son and i got attached to him that i don't like him not being with me some nights how can i fix that also I'm working and supporting my kid and i watch him every morning from 7 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon cause i work at 6 in the after noon to 2 in the morning me and his mother don't want to have court or anything involved with this but if it means having my kid with me overnights on my days of then I'm up for it and also my kid doesn't have my last name but we had agreed to it at first and is there anyway i can fighT for my kid to have my last name

Well you can get a attorney and ask the attorney to draw up papers to the fact that you want his birth certificate to have your last name added this would take the expertise of an attorney so you can give the child your last name this would put it in front of a judge the judge can order the last name be changed.
