Is it true that a girl will love reading my love letters of what I had to say & then intentionally ignore them and not respond on purpose ? How should I approach her ?

Hey looks like a problem you have there. Well, I'm a girl, and personally, I love hand written letters. Its much better than a text or email. Girls think guys are more thoughtful when you take the time to write out that letter. While we find it flattering, you need to watch what you say.
