Need a bit of advice on where to start. I want to become a health and safety inspector.

Scouting the internet I’ve found others in the field have advised to either do a ‘NEBOSH’ course or get a degree in health and safety however I’m Struggling to find the ‘right one’ to provide me with the relevant qualification to go into this.
Looking at universities in my area ‘Cardiff’ seems as though it’s just health and safety in certain practices.
