I am terribly sorry about your unfortunate situation. Most veterinary hospitals will help individuals whom face financial hardships in such a situation as yours. This isn't common knowledge due to the fact that the hospital still needs to have income to reasonably sustain itself, and unfortunately, many people would take advantage of the understanding that most veterinarians typically share when dealing with such situations. In any case, I can assure you that most veterinarians would way rather help you out financially then have you attempt to shoot your cats or to euthanize them yourself in any way. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CARRY THIS OUT BY YOURSELF. If you bring what money you can reasonably afford with you when you bring your cats in, and explained your situation to the staff, I'm sure they will more than likely be more than happy to help you. Good luck to you, and take care.
