Hi ,
I need some advice!
I'm a experience nanny for 9 years, I always had great experiences with the parents and their children. I recently got hired for s nanny job with twin baby's 9 month old to be exact, I have experience working with twins in the past , this new job is almost 12 hours every day 5 days a week which I don't mind at all, but this twins have no routine or schedule to follow, they can only sleep if I hold them and they hate the crib ! I have to carry the baby's all the time or they will cry! My back hurts and I'm tired already and it's only 3rd week:( parents don't believe in crying and are always holding the twins, they always complaint that they don't sleep good but still transfer the twins to their bed!! My paycheck is good tho and my Husband is happy that I can help with the debt we have right now! I don't know what to do:(
My Husband is like be patient we have bills to pay! But I'm tired and unhappy. Any advice?? Oh btw I gave the parents a book for sleep training but I can tell they haven't even touch it. Parents are very nice tho is just that I don't share their methods. I believe every baby needs a schedule.

A lot of it is they have let the children get use to the holding when they cry and they know the parents will pick them up so they use this which the parents fall into it but they need structure and a way to start the consistent routine. You might have to set down with the parents and tell them what their ways are doing damage to their children and how hard it is on you something has to be done about it Or you won't be able to continue working because of what its doing to you.
