The best advice anyone can give you is probably to just talk it out. I don't know who you want to talk to, but really, you can talk to either of them. Talk to your sister about it or maybe even your step dad or some other family member. Someone is bound to listen and understand. It sounds stupid, but it might actually fix the problem.
