My windshield wipers and windshield sprayer will not work. And I've checked the fuse. solid.. ideas?

I just bought a 2002 f150 super crew and the windsheild wipers just suddenly stopped working. I've checked the fuse and it is still solid. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
