My Windows 7 Toshiba crashes and reboots continuously when I try to boot it up. Can someone help?

You might try taking out the battery if you can. Turning your pc on and off tends to make this happen so don't turn it off and on again with the power button on the laptop or computer for it is really bad for the pc.
