At a muslim wedding the guests are not part of any worship rituals or anything like that. The wedding feast is a gathering of people with food. Your hosts won't have any problem with you saying there are only specific foods you can eat, or prefer not to have halal meat etc. Depending on the community, you may be required to sit with the men while your wife sits with the women. It is a happy occasion and an honour to be invited into such a gathering. If you have concerns, discuss it with the people who invited you, I'm sure they will put you at your ease. Probably as Christians you will be welcomed more enthusiastically than you realise. I hope you can go, it would be a shame to miss the chance to build bridges between our communities.
Peace :)
