My Whirlaway 191pc won't turn off unless I physically unplug it from wall?

We had a power outage in neighborhood. When lights came on it wouldn't work. I hit reset button and it started up. Now it won't turn off unless I unplug it. Even with the wall switch on "off" it's still on and turning.

That sounds like the wall switch was damaged. Get an electrician to replace it and check the other wiring to be sure it's ok. That will cost you, but it's cheaper than a fire.
