My testicles got hit but I didnt feel pain in the stomach. will the pain go away naturally?

Ha ha... Yes! it would eventually go away :) If it was just a hit then it should go away pretty soon, maybe a day or two.
(Fire ants made their way into my crotch and it took a month to heal)
