... Ever since we moved to another state. I got my Dachshund at 2 months, he has his rabies shots and is up to date on all of his shots. He's well taken care of and spoiled with love. He used to let me kiss him on the face & pick him up. He's more attached to my boyfriend but he would always be loving around me and get excited when I came home from work. We moved to another state and it was a big transition for him but I noticed now when ever I try to pick him up he growls and attacks my hands or if I try to kiss his face he snaps and bites my face. I don't know what I'm doing wrong I feed him , I take him on walks, I play with him & I love him so much. What should I do?

Many times when things happen like this, think of the dog as a teenager, if it hasn't shown signs of anything to concerning the most probable cause is you may be letting it feel entitled to whatever meaning he or she feels they Dont need you there at the moment. Sometimes you may need to show it, its not entitled to everything. As you have stated in your above text it says you gave your dog all its shots so I doubt its any disease, could be parasites, but unlikely, I would personally go with the answer that it is most likely just feeling too in charge.
