My tattoo was really dark at first and after the scab and peeling it is extremely cloudy and dull ?

Yes normal depending on the tattoo artist hand skills either he layed the in lightly or for some reason your skin rejected the ink could also can it be just cheap ink or water down to much but u can get it hit again with a better black ink or new artist that will touch someone else's work once held of course give it 3 week to a month tops before re hitting it
