I recently started work experience (working 9 till 5). Because I only have one 30min lunch break at 12pm, i cannot eat for the rest of the day. i have started to eat much less and tend not to drink. Before work experience i used to eat quite a lot but now i only have around 1 or 2 bottles of water (500ml) and a small snack each day. (I don't even have tea when i get home anymore.) This is because my stomach always feel full. Although my stomach feels like its going to pop every time i eat, my brain is telling me to eat more (BTW: i listen to my stomach and not eat). Can someone tell me what i should do about this because i feel like I'm starving myself without realizing.
