For 3 years I have been picking up my sons RX (He's in college) and mailing it to him. He sees the Dr once a year for follow ups and refills. He was denied a refill this last time with the reason being that he would need to come in now every 6 months. Couldn't they have told me this at the last refill? A courtesy refill until he could get in town? I asked for the medical records and was told it would take 7-10 days!! What is he to do in the mean time other than trying to find another dr? Can they do this?
