My sisters got adopted 8 years ago, and I want to see them but I don't know if we can, someone help?

We have all been in care for about 10 years but me and my brother are now out, my sisters are still adopted but we have no idea if we're aloud to see them, but we do letter box contact, can someone please help me? 
I'm desperate and want to see them

Well all you have to do is contact the adoptive parents to see if they will let you and your brother visit that would be good.Also if you know the agency that adopted them out you   might be able to talk to them i'm sure that they have a heart.
