My sisters FB account was hacked and she knows who did it. She call the county police but they told her they cant do anything about it. Who does she need to call to report the person that hacked her account?

Hacking is illegal and she has done that. Her account is locked for the meantime. The person who has done this has done other things the police wont bother dealing with. I want to know what legal department to call so she can press charges. Only thing FB will do is close the hackers FB account.
