She (16 years old) has been dating her 22 year old boyfriend throughout her pregnancy and her boyfriend is not the father fire they have never had intercorse. He purposes to her and they want to get married. If her Gardian gives consent, are they allowed to get married in the state of Wisconsin?

she has to get permission from her guardian to get married he or she needs to agree on things they need to do it for the right reasons and just because theres a baby coming isn't a good one all alone but if he wants to marry her and she wants the same then all she really needs is her mom or dad or guardian to say they don't object to the marriage at the state she is in you want to find out what the laws are considered for someone under age
In the United States, all but one state requires that a couple be 18 in order to marry without parental permission. In some states, if a girl age 16 is pregnant she can get married without parental permission. Also, at any age if approved by a court.
Regardless, with parental permission, she can get married.
