So after trying a few different diets that were too complicated I finally have my own direction. basically I've cut out most junk food except for Diet Soda and Low-carb or zero calorie energy drinks. the only junk food i'm still cutting out is chips. I've also cut out white breads and other white carbs.
Now I'm only eating small amounts of fruits/veggies. I've switched to whole wheat grains and lean protein. I've also gotten into the habit of walking 3-4 days a week.
Any other suggestions would be considered.
