My school treats our janitors very badly. One woman is 60 and they make her work the entire 3 floors of our school. In the one month she was here, she has already had to wear a brace for her back because of the strain that the stairs put on her. They make her clean up spills that any one person could easily wipe away, and treat her very rudely. She recently told me that the school has forced her to our campus, won't let her leave, and extended her retirement age to 65, and she is very afraid she will die before then. I wanted to tell our school head about this problem, but my dad suggested an anonymous letter. What's the most effective way to deal with this problem that will yield results? Thanks!!

sending an anonymous letter might not prove to be effective at all due to the fact that this is just an opinion of one person from the whole school. I would suggest starting a campaign and collect signatures of those who agree with you. At least have a small group to back you up when you present your opinion to the principle. How you present it is up to you, just remember that the more people you have agreeing with you, the more likely it will yield results.
Hope this helped!
