Deism is the belief that something is out there, you just don't know what.
My religion is Deism. I get a lot of judgement because of this. What should I do?

Why would you follow a religion that does not improve your ability to cope with the world? Why would you tell anybody about such a religion? Why would you seek approval from people? Why would you continue to hang out with people who have negative opinions of you? It sounds to me like you need to up your standards. It only makes sense to investigate a God who sent written instructions, since people are absolutely terrible about transmitting instructions by word of mouth. Read a chapter of Proverbs every day. Proverbs has 31 chapters so you can keep your place by just looking at a calendar. There is no religion or nothing in Proverbs and you don't have to believe anything. Just read to find comfort and confidence. When you are comfortable with that, then read the bible from Romans to 2 Thessalonians over and over until you start to remember what it says. That is the part that applies to Christians. In a couple of weeks you can know more about the bible than most ministers. That is because ministers don't study the bible much, they study other people's opinions about the bible.
It seems that you are in good company. Albert Eistein said to Rabbi Herbert Goldstein in 1929 "I believe in Spinoza's God, who reveals Himself in the lawful harmony of the world, not in a God who concerns Himself with the fate and the doings of mankind."
I'm not saying that this quote gives accreditation to this belief, but if someone makes fun of it this is something you might keep in mind.
Please allow me to point out that, in harmony with Eistein's quote
Deism: Is a religion whose followers believe in a God who created the universe, established its rules of behavior, set it going, left, and hasn't been seen since.
However, the definition you gave seems to be linked to letsimis.
Ietsismis (which is a form of agnosticism) is an unspecified belief in an undetermined transcendent force. It is a Dutch term for a range of beliefs held by people who, on the one hand, inwardly suspect – or indeed believe – that "there must be something undefined beyond the material, but on the other hand do not necessarily accept or subscribe to the established belief system.
or possibly:
Agnosticism, which is the view that certain metaphysical claims – such as the existence of God or the supernatural – are unknown and perhaps unknowable.
In Athens, at the time of the Apostle Paul, there was a temple specifically dedicated to that god and very often Athenians would swear "in the name of the Unknown God (Agnostos)"
note:Not to be confused with gnosticism. (from Ancient Greek:"having knowledge"
May I suggest looking into the Bible should you be interested in finding out about our creator.
All the best
Let me ask you this? You believe in a God who created the universe and rules and then left. IS that right? What would make you think that he would leave? Also what did he leave? What makes you feel this way towards God? I must have a full understanding IF you can get back with me I feel I can help.
Whatever is our religion, we have to go beyond religion. We have to ask, investigate and realize. Religion teaches us about God, teaches us to pray and takes us forward on the journey. But until we realize we are the Divine Spirit, the Soul, the Atman, we will always be caught by the superstitions, the dogmas, the rituals which we should transcend if we want to realize the truth. This is the goal to realize that we are the Divine Soul, to go beyond the kindergarten of religion and graduate in the university of spirituality.
I'm sorry but it seems to me as if you are trying to force your religion onto the person who asked the question. I don't think that is fair because you are trying to make them abandon their own beliefs in favour of yours. Let them follow their own religion and believe their own beliefs.
