My puppy is pregnant, but I'm scared she might be to small and could die giving birth?

How old is your puppy? If she was got by a bigger dog that was really big you might have issues all you could do is ask your vet to look at her and see what he or she has to say about your dog getting pregnant it could get quite expensive seeing the vet that often I would try and see how big the other dog is that got her pregnant.

The average puppy will be able to fit in the palm of your hand. It shouldn't be too much of a problem, as the vagina may stretch the same way a human does. However, remember to keep her cool and hydrated, because if she isn't that could absolutely kill her.

Also, every animal is made to procreate. If she was old enough to get pregnant, then she should be big enough to give birth.
