Ok, so I have a crush on my friend. But she's seeing this other guy and it literally calling him her boyfriend after "dating" for 6 days (dating being hung out twice and have been asked out). I really don't think it's going to last at all, but should I wait until after it's done or before how I feel?

You should wait. Trying to make a move when she's interested in someone else isn't the right thing to do. Nor is it likely to be successful, plus you could lose a friend. If you wait until she's free again (and give it a bit of time after a break-up), you'll stand the best chance of something happening.
