That happened to me once. I had to wiggle it with my fingers to get it loose. Another trick is to lean back and then forward a few times. You can avoid that condition by eating fiber. Wheat bran is the best fiber, two slices of whole grain bread per day, or veggies with every meal. And drink more water.
Many people are not aware of the body's need for magnesium. Bed wetting is common among young Americans. Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
BTW study some books about nutrition so you know things like this.
I've had this before too, but not usually this bad. Other times i've been able to just grit my teeth and get on with it, but this time it just seems impossible. I've also stopped eating as i am scared it will cause more poop to clog up and make it worse. I've started avoiding the bathroom too as i am scared of the pain. I don't know what to do, should i seek a doctor?
I told you everything I know. BTW when I said lean back and forth, I meant while sitting on the toilet. That by itself usually takes care of the problem.
And do get the epsom salts. You'll be glad you did.
While sitting on the toilet put your feet on the set of the toilet or a foot stool, I have even used a small garbage can kept the bathroom. Mainly you can use anything to get your feet up off the floor! This is an amazing trick to know and idk why toilets aren't made with a pull out foot stool already! Our bodies aren't meant to poop the way toilets are designed, it's not natural to our bodies. We were meant to squat, not sit while pooping! Who knew right?!?!
I've told my mum but i'm not sure if i should take laxatives? I don't think its constipation because its already ready to be pushed out but its just too big, this is also why i don't think laxatives would work, the poop is already too far, its only been 2 days, its night so after i sleep it will have been 3 days, its really uncomfortable and i feel super awkward at school, should i seek a doctor? (I had something similar to this when i was a baby, i held in my poop and ended up in the emergency room, i'm scared that will happen again as i'm starting to avoid the bathroom because of the pain) :(
