i am 19 years old , but my penis size is so small
sometimes it shrink too much and becomes as small as a childs penis.
It is very frustating, i feel so embarrased while using public toilet .

first of all, masturbating can not in any way or form effect the growth of your penis....FACT! secondly i would never suggest surgery, pills etc to enlarge your penis because that will always end badly! there is a techniques called 'jelqing' were you will only need your hand, look it up
You can go to a sex shop and buy a penis pump. BE CAREFUL- they can cause damage if used improperly! However, if used regularly they CAN increase your size. Like the other comments said DO NOT BE EMBARRASSED- IT IS NORMAL!!! I you are just concerned with sexually pleasing your "other" then use the pump & something called a cockring. Size & performance will greatly improve! I hope this helps!
You starting at age of ten has nothing to do with the size, you can blame it on heritage, like father like son.
