My pc is shutting down automatically. No overheating problem. what could be the problem?

it shuts down automatically in 30 - 60 seconds. sometime it shuts down and restarts and again shuts down. I don't think its an overheating problem cuz I cleaned the fans, removed old thermal paste and applied new one.

Open your Diagnostics (If Windows) there should be a area that says why the computer shut down.

Could also be a battery problem.
