I am twelve and a half. Last year, I went to my first sleepover and that was the only one I was allowed to. Now, my friends have sleepovers almost every week. I feel really left out and I want to be included in the sleepovers. My parents are Filipino and are very protective. I am very close to them and don't want to ruin my relationship with them. Please help!
My parents don't allow me to sleepovers! How do I get them to let me sleepover?

Update: I asked my parents if I could go to a sleepover tonight from a, as we got back from a trip from the shore. They responded with, "We just got back, so you can't.", Does this mean I could go to a future sleepover?

you should make a debate sort of thing. tell them since your almost a teenager that you should be allowed to have a sleepover. and if you have a cellphone tell them that and that you will call or text them whenever you can. If they still say no, ask them when they had there first sleepover. if they say 13 or less you have succeeded! congrats!
Don't make them feel bad for you. Besides if you keep doing that, they are going to start to think that is suspicious and will ask you about yourself and how you feeling, and blah, blah, blah! Make them sit down somewhere and talk about what you could do to earn sleepovers. Then, when you do the things you talked about and try to be nice and ask them later. I hope that helps you! Please give me a thumbs up if I helped you.
