My nose is in a lot of pain it is only the left side Not sure why.there's a zit there if that helps?

A zit will build pressure and pressure will cause pain. Use something that won't cut to scratch the zit. I mean sideways. If the skin is thin, the zit will break and empty. Don't do anything else. Let it go until the skin is thin enough to break open.

Get "Pure Vitamin E Skin Beauty Oil" at the cosmetics counter. Be sure it says "Pure". You can also use capsules by poking a hole with a pin and squeezing the oil out. Vitamin E has to soak in, so put it on when you can leave the skin bare for a while. Vitamin E prevents new scars and softens old scars, but maybe not quickly.
