When i first put it together it didn't tilt back, and so i searched and realized i had put on the adjustment weel the wrong way. I fixed it and sure enough it worked after that. However the next day it wouldn't tilt back for some reason, i've tried adjusting the weel in every inch possible but it doesn't even tilt a little. How can it work for a day perfectly and the next day it doesn't even budge? And i swear i never touched the wheel after i made it work. It's an arozzi enzo gaming chair
